DTNT App User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Tio Bilişim A.Ş. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the DTNT App ("App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the DTNT App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

   The DTNT App is designed to help you track and manage your daily habits using artificial intelligence and data analysis.

3. User Eligibility

   You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Privacy

   Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

   You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activities that may harm the App, the Company, or other users. You will not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

   The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Termination

   The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease, and you must immediately delete the App from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or representations, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

   The Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Agreement

    The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
